Poster of the year is Brockton Blockbust. KO of the year is all the Mods who have lied to cover their false tracks. Comeback of the year is obviously Beanz.

In boxing terms I don't see the need for awards. It ends up like the Brit awards where it is any big selling album and you randomly pick one. There are good and bad fights. Interesting knockouts and dodgy decisions. There are comebacks on all kinds of scale. It's boxing and as long as there are good fights that is all that matters. Another is that mythical P4P thing. It doesn't mean anything. At any one time you have a number of fighters across a range of divisions who are good. Doesn't matter really who the best might be as you will never know.
Also in terms of KO of the year it can get a bit sick like with Hatton/Pac or even with Stevenson recently. It is shocking and exciting but let's not forget that they put their lives and health on the line to do it. You give a prize to someone for getting brain damage and that is kind of dark.
As 2018 draws to a close James Toney is healthy and there is a new year with more fights to look forward to. That's enough for me. I just hope we do not see too much damage like with Stevenson.
Brock for comeback of the year.

Donaire comeback of the year? On paper I spose he came back from a loss and 'won' a World title. But he was getting soundly out boxed until Burnett went lame, Nonaire had very little influence on the fight to that point. No offence to Donaire but c'mon.
I feel the same about Fury. Yes technically he came back and had some success, but his hiatus from boxing was entirely self inflicted. To add to matters he retained his lineal title (to sell a fight) so can we call it a come back at all? Don't get me started on the mental health side of things.
They'll be picking up awards left right and center for sure. Doesn't sit right with me though.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
