Weird the reasons why fans can be turned off or at times straight up 'hate' a guy. I was a full blown hater when Oscar came out. of the Olympics. Just something about his big toothy constant smile and golly gee Eddie Haskell act . Not to mention shoved down fans throats. But as he went and got off the floor a couple of times respect for style..save for Tito partial track meet.. finds it's way in. I really liked Czyz on the mic for Showtime but he did find a way to opt out in some losses. Didn't care for basically blaming Holyfield for using dirty gloves in order to beat him either .

Pazienza...totally get the backlash for the whole gimmicky Andrew Dice Clay does boxing thing. He was a decent boxer at Lt but as he grew he became a bit of a caricature who fought like a caveman. Thumbed up when Aaron Davis turned him into a gargoyle.

I don't like yhe travelers at all... sure some of it will be because fury beat my favourite fair and square but fury and Saunders just really really unpleasant gits and no one seems as bothered about their failed drugs test and Subsequent bans as they are by someone like alvarez :S.... I don't think I dislike them due to them being pikey just then being utter bellends but that's sounds like an excuse a racist/bigot would make :S


But also I gave reasons there and that isn't really the thread question.... so I would second erik morales, I was always hoping he'd lose to barrera, even though morales was just a really good fighter who like to fight... never took a liking to Margarito either even before his scandals... I usually like Mexican boxing too :S.

lol. Exactly. Some guys I just don't like and want to see them get fucked up. No reason at all. But there are guys that give me REASON to want me to root against them, but the guys mentioned- including Bobby Jizz- have given me absolutely nothing to hate them for other than them just breathing the same air as humans do!

Of course guys like Margarito is reviled as much as Adrien Broner now- But I don't hate them off sight. Ya know?
