Think Hearn an company may have showed their hand chasing Wilder like that, not like they can come with less. Have to have a respectable U.S heavy for AJ debut and some of the names are terrible. But I bet Ortiz would jump at it. Hunter just signed with Match room and is training for spot on Usyk card.

Blah. How is a guy who comes in 300+ lbs and seemingly heavier every time going to test positive for something like this? Id been less critical of him than many for his weight as he has seemed to carry it and still be in fighting shape, maybe now we know why This shit happens way too often nowadays. Sucks for AJ, really hard to ask anyone good to take the fight on very short notice, unless they just throw enough money at them where they are willing to lose, which also sucks. Of the names available, Hunter or Ortiz would be about the only guys worthy of salvaging this imo. Usyk may be the best case, but hes not going to be a late replacement against AJ his first pro HW fight, especially having the same promoter.
