I believe it is part of the Federal tax rules, so yes. I don't know if individual states have similar taxes.Even in Las Vegas?

Good interview. Manny seems like a real good guy. It was funny though how the three names he thought of in comparing Ruiz's style were Chavez, Barrera, and Morales.
