Chemtrails are definitely unnatural observations and there is documentation going back to around the civil war, where it was noted that due to the smog from gun powder etc of battles the weather would tend to change and bring rain. From that point on (if not earlier) weather warfare has been a thing. There are studies of rainfall showing high levels of chemicals, but on the otherside where is the proof they harming us?
