Go to work today see smashed windows at the place I get my coffee literally a half a block from where I work. As I was leaving at 5 it was starting to pick up again. Burning historic churches, lovely. Sunday I was supposed to volunteer at a food drive. The last two times I went cars were waiting for hours to get a load of food, got the call it was cancelled to do the riots. I started swearing as the organizer who called me told me it was cancelled. They only have two or three weeks left and this cancellation day may not be able to be made up. Believe it or not it’s actually hard to volunteer at these places. They have a waiting list of volunteers. Anyway it’s just what it is now, just gotta roll with it
