I kind of like that one. It would be a fascinating experiment and you would see if it is truly all about 'racism' or not. Will IQ levels rise? Will crime alter? Will family dynamics change? It would have to be able to sustain a welfare state for those who make bad choices right? Glad you see it that way. It certainly would put the rest a lot of suspicions and presumptions on both sides. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad did not want black people to define the word success within the context of the white system, a system which had for the past nearly 400 years crushed their spirit and their identity and had forbidden them under penalty of death from becoming literate.

Illiteracy was the way the blacks survived those 400 years of pure hell
