To exclude on the basis of race, no matter the problem is itself an act of racism. IN other words, blacks no matter how wronged across the planet, cant use the same issues as those in America who weren't just enslaved, but denied the right to read, to educate, punishable by law. Rather those in Europe have to balance those brown, red, and yellow people who don't know the plight of blacks-but know their own plight.
