As I said to TIC. You can cut your cloth to suit on this. The bottom line is 'The Experts' are divided on whether they work or not and always have been, it's not a new thing. This article here cites lots of studies all over the World that say they are affective and some that say they aren't https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/202...virus-science/

Picking the one you like best and calling it so, daft. Common sense says if you stick something in the way of something harmful, it helps. Seatbelts aren't perfect. We all accept that it's better to wear one than not right?

seat belts is a great example and yet you still have asswipes who say that somebody who had a seatbelt on during an accident was the cause of the death

Those kinds of ass wipes always find the exception and then use that as their freak flag to wave high in order to justify their non-compliance with a common sense decision

They talk about virus being smaller than the holes in a mask, they act like it is a direct hit with a laser beam and the virus particle will go straight through the holes on a mask. Walking through a cloud of suspended water vapor from somebody's cough or sneeze or yelling or shouting, OBVIOUSLY THE MASK IS GOING TO BLOCK THAT THE MAJORITY OF TIMES. SAME WITH THE EYES. IF YOU ARE WEARING EYEGLASSES AND YOU WALK STRAIGHT THROUGH A CLOUD OF MIST WHICH HANGS IN THE AIR FOR SEVERAL MINUTES OR MORE, OBVIOUSLY THE GLASSES WILL BLOCK THE VIRUS PARTICLES FROM LANDING IN YOUR EYES.

These are sick people suffering from anal retention and the Good ol Murrican Way of Non-compliance duh Muh Freedom.

Also the part of the face which is covered by The mask which is pretty large from under the eyes the entire nose down over the mouth over the chin and blocking both cheeks, prevents virus load from sticking to the face, which you then could rub into your mouth or nose. These mental midgets cannot fathom such cause and effect.

I can name many more scenarios, but they will poo poo each one because God gave them a mouth and vocal chords and that's it.

Remember, anybody can open their mouth and let the diarrhea come out. Mustard yellow diarrhea, sticky as tar, gross as a used barbecue grill.

car crashes exist. we have all seen or experienced them yeh. so called experts can say what they want. how often have the experts been wrong & lied to you? prove your belief before you start saying what will help against it

So they’re experts when they say masks don’t work. ‘So called’ experts when they say they do? C’mon kid. You’re smarter than that.

I’m not trying to prove anything. My stance has been very clear. If you have proved something I would suggest sharing it with the medical community because you could end a debate that’s been going on for decades.

i never said they were experts. as i said i just post information to combat the hysterical fearporn on here. like you said there are articles on both side of the argument. you can pick the ones that suit your bias. that is why it is pointless with me giving you knowledge about my personal experience with masks & filtration. better to know for yourself than be told. you must realize though that there could never be an accurate study on city or nation wide mask wearing in public that can be applied to the whole planet. it would be impossible to monitor, no control sample, unknown mask wearer habits, weather & humidity differences, self reporting is largely biased & many other issues. you want to believe theres an imaginary virus that is your choice. you want to believe that a mask will help against the imaginary virus that is also your choice. i'll wait until the imaginary virus is proved real before worrying about what will help

we’re already missing tons of cases. According to CDC antibody data, our current PCR system is testing only enough people to detect about 10 percent of the total number of infections. “If everyone took an antigen test today — even identifying only 50 percent of the positives — we would still identify 50 percent of all current infections in the country,” Jha has explained. That’s “five times more than the 10 percent of cases we are likely currently identifying because we are testing so few people.”

We are getting HAMMERED during this second wave. Our prime minister is a doctor, and it is getting worse.
