Hmm... I expected more action out of Marrero after putting Martinez down twice in the 8th.

It's over. Martinez will get the nod.... Marrero will feel he got robbed. He should've pressed his advantage from the 8th round.

Martinez looked pretty good but still has a little ways to go in order to hang with the top dogs in the division. He did what he needed to to win though. Marrero just couldn’t put Martinez away in the 8th.

The main event should be a good one. Lipinets is a very watchable fighter... and Custio Clayton is a very live opponent. Expecting fireworks.

I’ve never seen Clayton but I’ve heard that he is supposed to be pretty good. I’ve always thought that Lipinets was a solid fighter.

Goosen always good for a chuckle. Loooong way from the Ruelas brothers. Never forget when he counted along with a perfectly conscious Rafael to rise on the count of 9 . Didn't work out.
