And I didn't promise anybody would be charged with anything. Quite the opposite in fact.

It's funereal on Fox right now. This is the first time I've watched the telly in years. I'm going to have to do this again.

An original deal that created the electoral college doesn't guarantee any future election result. What part of that don't you understand?

And you made a bunch of bullshit claims about why the electoral college exists. Whatever crap you're posting now doesn't alter the fact you were originally full of shit. Either you were genuinely clueless, and the evidence of the past ten years would indicate that this is most likely, or you were intentionally bullshitting. It's either one or the other.

Nevada’s Clark County registrar Joe Gloria says at news conference just now they won’t complete ballot count until November 12 and that only instance of voter fraud was a Trump supporter who tried to vote twice.

Omg- jinx! In Pennsylvania our only instance of voter fraud was *also* a Republican too..who tried to vote for his dead mother in Luzerne County.

There you have it: PA SOS Boockvar says "very few" provisional ballots have been counted so far and she doesn't have a firm count and won't speculate. There was always likely to be an unusually large number of these ballots b/c of 2020's circumstances.

It's staggering to think about how differently PA would be viewed/covered right now if the EDay/mail ballots were being counted in the opposite order.

If you can stand to take in election information from an actual expert this guy would be a good guy to bookmark:

The names on mail in ballots (the sheer number of which is HUGE this election) are not checked to see if:

    a. the person is still living or not
    b. the person sent it in too late (actually, Pennsylvania has declared that illegible postmarks don't matter)
    c. the person's signature matches (again, Pennsylvania doesnt even CARE if the signature matches)
    d. the person's signature exists at ALL (tens of thousands of mail-in ballots are never signed)
    e. those who use mail-in voting for the first time — especially young, Black and Latino voters — are more likely to have their ballots rejected because of errors, said
Charles Stewart, a political scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who studies election administration.
    f. the person has or has not already voted in person, thereby possibly duplicating their vote by changing one letter or one digit of their name/address/social
    g. the person is the one who truly filled out and signed the ballot
    h. the ballot was sent to another state or location to be filled out, then sent back, THEN mailed-in (as is now very possibly what happened in Nevada)

    etc.....

yeah this is shit. And I didnt vote for Trump or Biden, I voted for Jo Jorgensen. But what is happening to Trump now is absolute shit. A disgrace. I believe the Supreme Court will be weighing in on many of these lawsuits by Thanksgiving. I went to bed on Wednesday morning at 2 a.m., with Trump leading in Wisconsin by 313,000 votes and in Michigan by 127,000 votes. I woke up 4 hours later and saw Biden ahead in both states. The raw # of votes for Trump had increased 2.2% since 2 a.m., and the raw number of Biden votes had magically increased by 27%. Totally fucking impossible.

I can see if there is a legible postmark that says November 3rd in conjunction with and this is very important ...a signature which matches, in that case I don't know what Trump would be complaining about, as a person had the legal right to mail in a ballot as long as it was postmarked by November 3rd and if it takes an additional 2 or 3 days to count that November 3rd postmarked mail in ballot then that should be legitimate

But Pennsylvania has openly said that some postmarks are illegible and others do not have any postmark at all and signatures no longer have to even match remotely

How the fuck can that slide

So basically somebody could take a postal truck right now with 50,000 mail in ballots for Donald Trump and park it somewhere near an election facility and then have an anonymous call come in saying oh by the way you forgot about that truck behind building number 26 down by the railroad tracks. The driver dropped it off in the wrong spot. Oh and none of those mail in ballots have postmarks but we're going to count them anyway
Nah make it 41 ballots in the back of a truck to set the precedent and then go bigger to bolster the court case . 50 k way to obvious. But they still would not be received by County elections by the 6th yeh? If there's any fuckery on either side this is where it'll come in. But as of now it's in litigation, the State Supreme court ruled and the Supreme court of the land ruled to let it stand. You cannot go any higher than that me thinks. They'll try to kick it back should it turn Biden and now that he has his Trump card Barrett there who knows but I believe they will refuse to hear the matter. The USPS was put in the hands of a 500k contributor to the Presidents campaign ffs and DeJoy has proved incompetent and corrupt sabotaging main postal stations, he's literally thumbing his nose at Court rulings today. Count all the votes.

Georgia is blowing my mind. Never envisioned it would be this tooth and nail and possibly flip. The Dems pooched it on many of these Senate elections though. 5 left to be decided but it's fairly clear Repubs will retain majority.

I think a newly discovered cache of ballots would be immediately escorted to County Elections Commission. Easily counted by the end of the week, and Nevada and Georgia are now saying no final count until Novemeber 13. Thats plenty of time for fuckery. They have 8 more days to "find" and "count" votes, with nobody watching. For me, that is shit. As far as the Pennsyl Supreme Court, they ran rough shod over the Legislature and changed things to favor Biden, and this WILL be sent back to the Supreme. All I know is I voted for Jo Jorgensen, but this is total shit what is happening.

That's respectable and unless I'm off some of these same provisions were put in place for State elections as well months ago. To suggest, not you, that halting a count of ballots received by State to State extensions that were in large part based on the USPS warning 46 States that there will be delays in mailings is dumping the baby out with the bathwater a bit. The exception of a postmark question etc is being noted, but I do believe it's the exception in an otherwise tally system that is working and unfolding before us.

If there's clear definitive cases of vast corruption and mystery trucks..not some horse shat social media group Frankensteining a narrative that has been on deck literally alllll year...it'll rise and it will be investigated.

What can Trump say? His lawsuits are all small ball stuff. He has to go big or go home here. Decalre he wants state legislatures to send GOP electors instead of the results of the actual democratic election.
