The grandkids just watched Karate Kid 2.
The Mrs had the new Cobra Kai thing on the other day. Seemed a bit pants tbh.

I agree.
If it was stand alone it would be absolute shite but has just the right mix of nostalgia and references to keep our age group keen. Bringing back the characters from Okinawa this time a great move.
Just Elisabeth Shue remains.
Oh and that log from Sato’s garden that he practices on.
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
Some prick on Facebook has probably turned Sato's lump of wood into an epoxy lamp or summat.
Really looking forward to this. Definitely going to be binge watching them all Friday or Saturday night.

Season 3 done.
Some proper nostalgic wow moments with the promise of more to come. And a great back story thread I won't say anything more on.
A bit daft at times but this show really works on many levels.
If anyones not seen get it watched.

Did season 3 over the weekend. Initially I wasn't over the moon with it but it built to a decent ending. I find myself giving less and less of a shit about the kids and just focusing on the nostalgia. When the blond haired 'out of town' consultant turned around and it wasn't Ali, I was fucking livid
I love and hate Kreese in equal measure. I love that the All Valley and having the best dojo in town is life and death for him and still means the World. I've no idea if 'All Valley' is an actual place, but I imagine it being a bit like being the best in a small town.
Kreese is basically a murderer isn't he?

That was a clever tease with the consultant.
I reckon Kreese could've given John J a run for his money back in the day.
Agreed its 90 percent about the nostalgia for me too
