I have no addictions, but am a creature of habit. I will eat my same breakfast daily which is a nutrition based protein smoothie, a bunch of walnuts, and some strong dark chocolate, washed down with a cup of coffee to wake me up a bit. Quite a lot of calories, but never heavy shall I be.

walnuts and dark choc are lovely together, back and forth, the nuttiness/oiliness of walnuts then the bitter cacao-ness of the choc, and yes, coffee perfectly washes that down. exquisite breakfast, that.

I prefer/insist on grilling/frying onions. Don't like them raw, love them grilled.

When I order gyros at my fav spot at the drive thru-all I have to say is "its the grilled onion man" they say pull forward without asking me the rest!

My habits are bad, cheese cake probably the worst. If i get the small one where there are 3 kinds...I can literally eat 1/2 in a day, but I try to walk it off or go 2 weeks without it...I have no self control with cheesecake.

I will without hesitation go for the turtle over the strawberry. I like strawberries (nowhere near as much as I like mulberries, blackberries or raspberries) but the turtles seem more mouthwatering to me.

Head to Basile's di Basilicata in Hoboken, NJ, for eggplant/pepperoni/white/green/spinach/onion/mushroom/4-cheese/broccoli/salami/sopressata...etc.....

During this whole covid thang apparently I'm a creature of habit. Started using uber eats for the first time at work and didn't realize I have over 25 orders to only one place and always for the exact same thing . Basil parmesan chicken panini..pesto, grilled chicken breast and red peppers, spinach, provolone on toasted flat bread. I really need to branch out. Think maybe I'll go back to eating Vietnamese Bahn Mi Po Boys for the rest of the year .

Started doing smoothies. Went ape shat at Sams and came home with 3 lbs each of frozen banana, blueberries, mango and dark cherries. Awesome for ball sweating summer..toss in ice chips, ginseng, cucumber and one tiny square of dark chocolate hit the blend! Shat is gooood.

Damn spicoli that is some complicated smoothie that sounds awesome! The ginger and chocolate is what did it for me.

Will give this a try. got to get back on my nutra blast kick.
Not sure how healthy almond milk is- but when I add that over water, really tastes great! I dig banana, blueberries, grapes. sometimes strawberry, never thought about adding dark chocolate or any type till now!
