Is it easier or harder to trade with our own
continent after Brexit? Harder.
Is it more expensive and bureaucratic to
travel to Europe? Yes to both.
Is there far more red tape now? Yes.
Can we just go and work/live/retire
wherever we want on our own continent?
No. Could we before? Yes.
Does a US trade deal or do any of the
rollover deals make up for the losses? No.
Is a US trade deal imminent? No.
Are we more or less secure now? Less so.
Did the fishing industry get a good deal?
No.
What about food/drink, farming,
chemicals, culture, fashion...? Also no.
Have you undermined our own union? Yes.
Did you agree to and vote for this? Yes.
Have you completely fucked this up? Yes.

out of all those myriad (valid) points, I only take issue, indignantly, thanks to Modigliani & Miller, with ONE of them which is "...Is it easier or harder to trade with our own

just because a trade is harder doesnt mean its less beneficial to either/or party.

It's a f****** disgrace. So people who want Northern Ireland to remain part of the UK were unhappy about the Brexit deal which was agreed between the UK and EU at the beginning of this year. Looks like many loyalists feel that the UK government betrayed them by agreeing that Northern Ireland would have different rules from the rest of the UK after Brexit.
