I only hope that the fight was even more bent than what we saw, and someone bunged Martinez an extra few quid for a fight he was never going to be allowed to win.

I'm embarrassed that it happened here under such bright lights.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

It's embarrassing Hatton was even on the card, he's shit.
Hearn took the absolute piss with that undercard, making fans wait an hour after the Okolie mismatch.

    Good point.

I did feel Martinez was holding back and could have easily finished the fight.

How many clean uppercuts were made on Hatton?

I hope there is a rematch but I think we will never hear of Martinez again.

It was so obvious Hatton lost the fight and looked completely awful.

Martinez never caused a fuss afterwards as I am sure he wants more pay days which he should be guaranteed as he has made a name for himself over here now.

If Campbell does not retire he may rematch him when he feels he has sufficiently improved. Conor Benn style.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
