can we add deontay to the wbc nonsense? how is he still ranked number one in their heavyweight rankings after back to back knockout loses & not having won a fight in over two & a half years?

He's #1 in the WBC, and nowhere to be found in the top ten of the other three major orgs. Yep... it's the Worthless Boxing Council.

adrien broner v omar figuerao was going to be for the wbc's silver super lightweight title, adrien hasn't fought at one forty since the mickey garcia loss in two thousand seventeen & has been inactive for a year & a half. the closest omar has been to one forty was the ricky burns fight in two thousand fifteen & omar has been inactive for over a year. i'm surprised that fight was made for one forty in the first place

the wbc gave tyson fury until the twenty sixth of august to confirm his retirement. they have now extended that deadline until september second.

They will keep extending until he decides to agree to have the unification fight.

Oh hell... that's nothing. They've got Hughie Fury 3rd.

The Ring ranks Whyte 4th as well, and BoxRec ranks him 5th. Of the other alphabet orgs, the WBC has him 7th. The IBF and the WBO don't have him ranked in their top 10 at all.

I think this is how they do their rankings at the WBC and WBA...
