Found myself rewatching the 2nd round and the clear exact shift than I have the actual KO round. It pretty much defines and sums up everything that has been pointed at Garcia. Granted he came out and stepped up mid round but it was this awkward choppy stuff he was trying to do. Almost trying to muscle Tank up but my god the man has so many predictable patterns with the 'galloping' on his way in, straight line, hands mid torso. Looking more to whip in hooks rather than proper set up off jab...pretty much same way he did vs Tagoe. Leads with same lead left hook without effective right hand behind it. Saw a HL earlier and it was exact. Tank saw it every time, set for counter 2nd time, set again for left counter 3rd time and rifled in a perfect short left hand Ryan could do nothing about and crumpled down. Hard to get a defensive shift when you're hoping straight in off your feet like a friggin Irish tap dance. That post presser was a tale of two results, Garcia sulking and just trying so hard to give atta boys and such an indifferent response to everything asked. I've already seen the standard "well he's young, Sugar Ray Leonard lost early too". They really need to stop with the silly comparisons. All in all glad I saw it live and not repatched or on delay.

Also the 2nd round scoring which was bizarre. But think that had more to do with the 10 point must system. Ryan wins majority of round then gets dropped like a sack of dirty laundry. To me that negates the winning work he did but guess it was too much for all three judges. I always go back to the Holyfield vs Moorer I fight and that 2nd round. Pretty much exactly the same how they played out and judges went 10-10. But that was the difference in Holyfield losing or a draw.

coach ford had tank wise on kingry's hook. that first knockdown was a beauty, well practiced in the gym to counter the hook. simple, made him miss, made him pay. i'll give kingry the benefit of the doubt. i've been hit with enough bodyshots to know they can hurt, i just think he could have beat the count

Watched a short bizarre interview with Hopkins after team Golden Boy literally abandoned Garcia by no showing at the post fight presser. Don't think I've seen anything like a promotional team ditching their guy in recent memory. Then Hopkins does this hostage video style "clarification" as they had previous dinner plans . Hopkins has been many things over career and majority I rooted for and made the fan in me. But man, talk about respect taking a hit watching that.

Now there was a "Mole" in Garcia's camp. The sparring partner that injured Garcia to the body leaked it all to Team Davis. Hmmm the guys favorite weapon that gets thrown without a set up and takes his elbow away from his side, setting up one of the biggest opportunities to end the fight with a single shot. Get out your magnifying glasses, everyone... jeez... glad he waited till the 7th round to throw everyone off the scent... welcome to the "B" circuit, kiddo...

now we just have to wait for the tweet about him fighting Kambosos in the basement of someones outhouse in Dubai...

They need to do refunds if they're at the point of formal apologies. Been saying it for years now..until I cancelled it...but locally and up to the BR area, it has run very hot or cold and constantly with problems. Literally like watching a glitchy delayed stream more than half the time.
