it's massive, he came in at super bantamweight for a super flyweight fight. i don't think he has missed weight before but there was an excuse that they thought the fight wasn't going to happen up to two days before the weigh in

Whoa... if that's what they said, it sounds pretty lame. Not only that... think how Kazuto must feel. Lots of hard work and dedication, only to find out you're fighting someone at a higher weight division. Many have refused to fight under those conditions.
