It’s like “it’s my ball we’re playing with so it’s my rules and I’ll do what I want.”
I saw him make a little speech the other day and tbh it’s all a little bit amateurish. Even saying to Ngannou , “you’ve done well , but I’m sorry, I want you to lose because you’re holding up real fights.” Whose fucking fault is that? Who’s paying the circus act?
Anyway, that’s my opinion, maybe I’m in the minority.

i don't really care how these yes men behave around turki as long as we get significant fights
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

Comic books and dollar general anime. Literally how they are marketing.

All we're doing is setting top fighters up to expect the same inflated monster purses while also turning back on regional fan bases who actually like to attend a fight. And shuttering major boxing venues and narrowing options in the long run. Eventually, this gravy train of Turki the mega donor will move to another flavor and these fighters will come back to Earth. Any man who invests billions in American Golf ffs gets a side eye. Did anyone actually expect Wilder to fight off a 120 day turnaround . Sounds harsh negative but these fighters need to build their own second phase options, keep to some realistic roots.

Three-time world heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis instead believes the winner of Joseph Parker's fight with Zhilei Zhang would deserve it more.

He wrote on X: "OK, Eddie Hearn, I know this is the promoter in you speaking, so I’ll break it down like the boxing fan I am.

"If AJ beats Ngannou, which he should, does that elevate him to a shot at undisputed?

"Beating Wallin and Ngannou? There’s a much better case for the winner of Joseph Parker vs Zhilei Zhang.

"And if AJ gets through Ngannou, and Usyk wins undisputed, is the appetite for Usyk vs Joshua 3 out there?

"If Fury becomes undisputed, the man says he’s vacating all belts but the WBC and Ring so Fury in effect becomes last undisputed until someone else can Thanos them back together.

"I still want to see AJ fight Fury and Wilder… those are big fights.

"But like I told Mike Tyson, if you keep fighting guys like Lou Savarese, you will NEVER be ready for me."

Hearn responded directly to Lewis' post, confirming his plan remains for Joshua to fight the winner of Fury v Usyk.

He replied: "Break down whatever you want. His excellency confirmed the plan.

"Winner of #JoshuaNgannou v winner of #FuryUsyk - The dream has always been Undisputed and we are one win away for challenging for it.

"No problem with you preferring Parker or Zhang getting a shot at Undisputed over AJ!"

He added: "Don’t fight it! Again... please listen to the press conference! When AJ beats Ngannou and if Fury beats Usyk..one of the biggest fights ever awaits!"

Lennox Lewis never lets an opportunity to stick it to Anthony Joshua pass him by. Or talk about himself as if he's whiter than white.

No disrespect to Parker. He's earned himself an Indian summer and I'm really pleased he beat Wilder. But I fully expect Zhang to club him into submission. That being the case. In Lewis's assessment, Zhang beating Joyce and the guy Joyce mullered, is better than Wallin and Ngannou? If Parker beats Zhang, he's got a point. No matter how full of obligation it is.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
