weather manipulation is not just cloud seeding or making more rain. like i told ex. you can probably find a cloud seeding company in your country, probably even your state who can explain what types of cloud seeding they do & they might even be able to show you it in action. very simple thing to do. you can even go to your local airport & ask them to show you how they handle fog
