I see clouds, I feel rain but other than that it's just random articles and bolieving the word of others and so called experts. If only there was someone with experience who could show some physical evidence of it. Shirley it's quite the conundrum.

weather manipulation is not just cloud seeding or making more rain. like i told ex. you can probably find a cloud seeding company in your country, probably even your state who can explain what types of cloud seeding they do & they might even be able to show you it in action. very simple thing to do. you can even go to your local airport & ask them to show you how they handle fog
