So spend some time warming down and stretching its worth it. at the moment go out and get some Epsom salts get in a hot bath put 1/2 llb of epsom salts in the bath with you as hot as you can stay there for 1/2 hour, lovely and its cheap

Im not sure what more i can do for stretching and warming down..
what would you do to warm down?...
the thing that really pulls my muscles is weights situps etc circuit thats a real badass..
then the entire gym does stretches as a particular trainer does em and you do em with him...
perhaps im not truely pushing it enough to stretch better?... what do you advise a warm down to be..
stretch usually comes after the full cicuit has ended so im not sure if i should do more at a slower pace as a warm down or whatnot?
