what is the rule in deduction for a 10 point must system scoring? can somebody explain this? i taught that a 9-9 score is allowed when a boxer that is leading a round was deducted a point by the ref. CutMeMicK also used this score for round 8 of this fight.
I'm not sure of the official rule when this happens . Logic dictates that if you deduct a point off the boxer who wins the round then you simply add the point to the other guy which ensures you arent deducting two points yet still maintaining the 10 point must system rule. It all gets quite complicated and I suppose nobody is guna ask the judges for jusification on their scoring anyway.

Also very rarely do they ever score a round 10-10 ( an even round ) Judges always wana find a winner . They are under the belief that someone always wins a round no matter how close . If there are lots of close rounds you can understand how two judges see a fight so differently . I try not to score 10-10 rounds cuz I know the judges wont be doing that
