As for gloves it's worth going a little in your pocket for. What you need is a boxing glove that allows you to make a fist in it. I see a lot of gloves these days that keep you from making a fist and in away that contributes to broken hands. If you can find some look for vintage boxing gloves, the kind with cotten or hair padding is more flexible for your hands over the foam padding of today.

I know the internet means you don't have to leave your house to buy things but you're really not getting soming that fits you if you go online. If you can go to a store and try on the gloves, or the headgear than you can figure out which suits you best.

so i mean what would you do i want something thats got alot of padding but doesnt mess with my performance and as to the gloves i cant find the right kind for 60 bucks
