under a controlled environment weight lifting is beneficial. as long as you have someone watching over your routine, such as a strength and conditioning coach. , as so you are doing the workouts correctly, proper stretching before and after to help insure you don't lose flexibility. your not building for bulk, which I believe is counter productive to a prize fighter, your lifting for endurance, I have seen your videos , you don’t need to add any muscle my man, stay lean and take advantage of the height, concentrate on push-ups and sit ups . I would spend my hours working on proper technique and go with that, It will take you a lot further then a bulging bicep !Originally Posted by Boxerjl
