I'm not sure how good of friends they are, but remember Barrera-Tapia? Good friends that went through the motions...although still pretty entertaining to boot...as this fight will be.

The fight is "free" on Sky over here. 4am being the only problem.

It will be around lunch time here. Maybe 12ish if im lucky. Not a bad time, but it usually means a hangover for me!!

Marco looks fit and relaxed. Should be a cracking fight. Two great Mexican fighters coming towards the end of their careers...i think they will put on a great show.

I attended the workout for this site and he looked good. He was relaexed and seemed to be very prepared for the fight. I still see JMM winning but I think that a focus Barrera will give him problems.

Thats cuz Tapia was willing to stay on teh end of a jab and get outboxed round after round. If Marquez challenges more then he'll bring out teh best in Barrera. Although Marco says he will make a fight out of it , he may be pulling the wool over our eyes like he did when he said he was guna rush Nas . I reckon Barrera knows he can outbox Marquez and is prepared to fight when the battle gets heated .

Marquez is the guy who has been trying to assert himself in recent bouts and feels hehas it all to prove here . It will make for an interesting fight with Marquez playing right into Barreras hands
