You're right there. I'll be honest I got an exercise ball myself, I find it's great for stretching and working the muscles in different ways. Try doing leg-raises with while holding an exercise ball between your feet, it's a different experience entirely. I don't use it for the bridge, but none the less I like to use it to stretch my back when it's sore. Besides that it can be heaps of fun.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
