I think this is bigger than De la hoya v Mayweather end of the day shane has beat oscar twice oscar had one good night after a lay off against mayorga and everyones wow oscars back but Tito ko'd mayorga too and they said same about him then winky totaly out boxes him and he retires again could this be the case with oscar are we getting drawn into the hype of it all.

My opinion on Mosely is that he WAS awesome - up to the first DLH fight. but since then he hasn't impressed me and for the most part has been pretty awful. Lost the 2nd DLH fight no doubt in my mind and then 4 other defeats!!

Admitedly he has looked better in his last ouple of fights back at 147, but I think Floyd would beat him.
I think Mosely is still the toughest fight for Floyd (along with Cotto) but I see Floyd wiinning

I also see Floyd beating DLH by complete shut out!!

Right now, I think Floyd has it. Mosley isn't as quick as he used to be.

i think perhaps a slight edge in speed is all floyd has in his favour for this fight. his defence wont be enough and like i've said before mosley has much bigger balls than floyd and i think will pick up a decision. floyd may beat shane to the jab a few times but i dont think it will be enough and wouldnt trouble shane. i would really lean towards mosley in this fight.

Can't see Mosley losing to a fighter that is smaller than him. He has only had trouble against bigger and taller fighters. Mosley by ud.

Mosley is too flat footed at this stage in his career and his jab would need be stronger,more authoritative. Also,he does have a few technical deficiencies which were not so obvious when he was BLINDINGLY fast at 135 but show up mire now. EG his defence. As great as he looked against Collazo,he got cracked with quite few left hands and was circling IN to Luis' left hand rather than away. Floyd would exploit these weaknesses. However,Mosley hand speed and power would still make it a great fight! Mayweather UD for me though.

PBF will frustrate Mosley...After watching Winky dominate him,I'm not ready to give him the edge.I'd like to see Mosley beat Cotto or Hatton to convince me.

I agree totally. PBF pulls it out but SSM is a great fighter.

problem with saying Mosley has what it takes to beat Mayweather, he also would be getting hit faster than most guys can hit him. Mosley is strong but Mayweather is a fast good fighter. Mayweather seems a little better than Mosley all around. That has always been my feeling. Mosley never dazzled and dominated the way Mayweather has..

PBF, styles make fights. SSM throws his punches the way that PBF would like em, wide and easy to see coming.

I like Mosely for his speed in combinations, but he leaves himself open asking for the other guy to jump on him. He also overcommits his shots, and gets caught off balance a perfect target for a sharp counter puncher.

I think SSM could take Zab, and a couple of the names out there but I can't see him beat Floyd unless his constant pressure and fast pace can upset Floyd's rhythem.
