To think that I joined Saddoboxing back in '04, most of the time I just fly under the radar and see if there's anything enticing particularly on this board. I found that I can be prone to gossip just like the folks on the other boards, so I try to stay away from it and occasionally drop some knowledge on this board.

Anyways I posted it here for that very reason that this place suits my fancy, and I didn't want to be another backnumber in the boxing talk section. But justify this thread I got to drop some boxing 101 of your butts, therefore I have one thing to say... Listen Closely--

That was pretty lame. Anyways I hope that this year will be a good one, I hope that greynotsoold can have another happy birthday where ever he is, and doing one of the things that he loves most, and that is sharing is love for the sport of boxing. A few guys like Andre, grey, and ThomasTabin have raised a lot of fascinating ideas to the boxers on here and I've been able to benefit from much the stuff they brought to the table:

-Grey comes from the textbook 101 and sharp observations during a fight.
-Mr. Tabin often brings to attention to many of the subtleties of the ring.
-And Andre (When his name's scrambled it spells "A Nerd) he's very practical minded and has a very no-nonsense approach when it comes to boxing.

Everyone else has been putting whatever 2 bits that they could offer, and many of us find ourselves talking about boxing when we should be out there boxing. I like saying to my friends that boxing is not one of those ball-or-net sports, you gotta live it know what it's all about...
