Just practice mate i wern't that fast but after practicing and learning a bit im very light on my feet now but it depends what weight you are because im not sure if your tall and big bloke and i don't mean fat i mean heavily muscled because im 6 foot or 6 foot 1 round about there im about 10 stone 6 im 17 and i've got bit of muscle on my abs and arms but not really big because that slows you down tell me what body type you are bro when you read this.Originally Posted by Lords Gym
