I've started playing a lot of basketball (college gym I work in has a court...), find it helps my hand eye co-ordination.
Often we focus on how much, how heavy and how hard we can do things... but not enough on developing our nervous system. You can gain a lot of strength through stronger muscle contractions with out actually gaining mass by developing your nerves.
Do a one legged squat for a few reps, now do the same with your eyes closed!![]()
