Anyways Adam picked a lot of my favorites. I like to do my roadwork where there are lots of hills, it gives my calves and hamstrings a better workout. I agree with the rest of what he has mentioned. Instead of the rowing machine, I use a stationary bike, I may do it even right after my roadwork if I'm feeling great.
