Everythnig is shit with them plastic handles that you hold in your hands.... nothing on the wrist and nothing on the elbow exists as far as I can tell. The ones that are out are utterly USELESS and don't work the proper muscles or mechanics, nor do they offer enough resistance to make an impact.
