as a light heavy weight amateur boxer. i would say my most effective punch is my left jab ive won fights with this punch alone even put a couple of lads down with this punch. but my money punch is my right straight. out of 28 amateur fights with 27 wins and one loss ive stopped 21 with my straight right. even tho i may never make it up there with the likes of glen johnson and clinton woods clinton woods u gotta try lads self belief is the key as u all probably no.....My weakness is my body punching. i dont mean to go off the subject here but does any one no how to improve this. im 6 foot 1 with good power and not bad speed. but my body punching sucks . any tips would appreciate it guys.thanks
