More bells and whistles would be great. What I'd like more is realistic fighting. I don't want my arms to go into shock everytime my punch gets parried and vice versa. I would also like the real fighters to be more in sync with how they fought in reality. Muhammad Ali shouldn't be ducking under my punches, attacking my body and just standing there. There's many examples of how the real fighters that they've provided do not match up to the way they fought in real life.

The referee needs a lot of work, you could clinch for a whole round and there's no body that's going to break you up. Right now all the referee is-- is a strange dream you get when you get knocked on your ass, nothing more than a figment of your boxer's imagination.

Fouls need to be fixed too, I get a kick out of kneeing my opponent 3-4 times while their down. That shit shouldn't fly unless you have it enabled in the options.

I guess they could add a couple reality touches that can piss us off. For instance a wet spot on the canvas with a random chance of slipping on it. You can have smarter cornermen or referee's to try to notice this before hand and have it whipped up.

As for a grissley touch you can introduce "Death" to this game. I know that it sounds terrible but in some of these grudge matches where you're fighting as hard as you can and God forbid you kill your opponent. I'm not talking about making this game a sad version of celebrity deathmatch, but the risk of dieing is a risk that exists in real boxing, so why shouldn't it exist in a realistic boxing game?

I'd like more realistic trainers. Having a guy that waves his hands and plays the same record over and over is going to make me skip right over it because we've all heard it before.

The cutman's job needs more work. We don't need a Bob Villa cutman moving the coldswell across my head like he's sanding furniture, the same applies to the q-tip. They should be able to freely work around the face, applying their own ingredients to stop bleeding, realistically working to reduce swelling, applying vasoline, etc...

I could just keep going...
