Just like that Sharla, that's the way I like the way I like it. I know what you mean, the reason you want to wrap inbetween the fingers is it prevents the wraps from moving down scuffing your knuckles, it also gives you a little more protection. You can't do this with shorter handwraps either.

The longer handwraps are the way the go assuming you know how to make the most of them. I wrap a third of the way down my forearm for a strong wrist, put just enough wraps around my fist to give me that firm handshake feel, and enough extra wrap over the knuckles, and inbetween the fingers to hold in in place. I also use a few strips of tape to help hold it in place.
