I think it depends. At 140, it might be more competitive than people might think, if only because Hatton owns 140 right now, and Floyd's best weight is 147. At 147, it'd be no contest, IMO. Floyd's too slick, too much of a boxer, and wouldn't fall for Hatton's swarming, clinching style.
