I used to do hard roadwork in the morning, alternating sprints and jogging on hilly terrain for over 30 minutes of a time. This left me feeling beat and I had to g through the day with a fog that gave me a hard time thinking. I found that all you need is a light routine to get you going. The harder work can come later in the day.
Cool thanks for your input, what you say makes sense and now that I'm past the point of feeling like i have concrete shoes in the morning I do feel more invigorated during the day.
