i didn't caught that lewis is top ten
Guys, all of you who say "____ is too low" or "_____is too high" just read the title of the thread MY top 10 fighters....it's SugarShaw's opinion...if you disagree post your own top 10 but you don't have to tell him what to think.
I highly doubt people will agree 100% on ANYONE'S top 10 for the original weight classes, there are way too many fighters to list to not have some differences
I love Harry Greb at #1 at 160. Another thing about Greb he fought 34 bouts in one year. In my opionion he was the best. He would often fight guys way out of his class and destroy them. To bad the good lord took him home so soon.
294 bouts and 7 losses.

Excellent list, you show courage putting up any kind of list on this forum.
You know you will cop it from all angles with some of your listings, it's a good list!
Wow, not a single fighter from the number one "boxing champions per capita" country in the world. Honestly, when I didn't even see Wilfredo "Bazooka" Gomez among the top 10 bantamweights, I lost interest.

If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

Again this list is way too biased towards older fighters.....
