hooked up my new tv/monitor last week what you think?

Thats a pretty pimp set up brother, I like it. I use to eat allot of tuna myself, I kinda got sick of it though so I'm on an egg whites and chicken brast kick right now. Protien is the way to go if your into working out.

Yes, that monitor is lovely. So lovely that I would spent most of my time thinking it's one false move from never working again. I can't own anything nice. I'm way too paranoid.

About the tuna... do you ever get the feeling that you are suffering from mercury poisoning? When I was a workout fiend I'd sometimes think I's had one too many cans of the stuff.

i do find eating tuna a bit of a mission but when your trying to comsume 315ish gram of protien a day i have no other cheap choice apart from my whey and eggs

Nice set up, that'll get you through the long haul. It only be complete if you had a sweet sterio system to go with it.

i do have a 5.1 panasonic dvd system i got about a year ago for £300 but its silver and it didnt look right so i just bought a cheap logitech 2.1 speaker system for about £40. Neighbours always complain anyway so a decent stereo system wudnt get full benefit.
