You move your foot in towards them further as you cover both their arms with both yours and your head naturally leans out to the side over the top of his lead arm. his foot lands inside the one you just moved in; you pull your front foot back as his weight comes down and hook him with when the opening arises as he reacts and trys to get his balance.
