Molitor looked good, especially early. He showed good elusiveness, had great footwork, and very fast hands augmented by good combinations. His opponent, Takalani Ndlovu, was decent, put along of pressure on Molitar (who was backpeddling for most of the fight), but in some ways he played right into Molitar's hands, allowing the Canadian to counter-punch effectively. Molitor worked the body really well, hurting Ndlovu a couple of times, though not badly.
Molitor caught Ndlovu with a short right hook as he came in early in the 9th round, dropping him and hurting him badly. Ndlovu got up and tried to tie up Molitor and survive, but he was dropped two more times and Molitor unloaded on him, prompting the ref to stop the fight.
Cheers for this, great job done by Molitor it seems despite all the promotional trouble he made a fan of me when he came to England and smashed home town boy Michael Hunter, he was such a nice kid in victory in Hunter;s hometown infront of all his fans, he's a great southpaw technician and sees everything coming, smooth action and a great counterpunch style. He's one to watch, fingers crossed he can get on TV in the fights he deserves.
