I hate cats. Indeed, I haven't had a cat since I was about 9 years old, so I've actually managed to develop an allergy to the little f***ers, simply by not inviting them to tea.

Ah well, my neighboiur had a stroke a few months ago, so walking their dog daily is enough of a challenge for me.

But does the dog smoke pot?

I think the most sensible option would be to introduce the owner to pot first, and then mayb the dog. However, Perhaps the dog might chill out a bit and quit pulling on his lead if he was stoned. Roll on pet cannabis.
