In his last fight, Cosme Rivera beat him in a wide points decision. Doesn't appear to be a guy who will trouble Clottey much. A Williams-Clottey fight would be solid given that bigger fights don't appear immediately available for either. Perhaps whoever wins will set themselves up for a bigger fight.
