Anyone know much about Flores? If Clottey wins,I've read Arum mention that he will try to arrange a Clottey-Williams fight.

I saw this advertised on vs. Who the hell is Felix Flores?![]()
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
In his last fight, Cosme Rivera beat him in a wide points decision. Doesn't appear to be a guy who will trouble Clottey much. A Williams-Clottey fight would be solid given that bigger fights don't appear immediately available for either. Perhaps whoever wins will set themselves up for a bigger fight.Originally Posted by Hulk
CC Lefthooktothebody. Clottey will stop him then. Clottey's great defense against Williams nonstop offense will make for a hell of a fight.

yeh clottey will win easy flores is past it.
it all depends on Flores.. can't underestimate the situation. Its big opportunity for Flores, if Felix seize the opportunity it could be a tough night for Clottey...
a chance for Flores to make a name for himself at Clottey's expense. a fighter just staying busy can't afford to over look a guy like Flores.
Felix was a young Puerto Rican prospect who was trained at some point by Felix Trinidad Sr. He lost decisions against Mitchell, Collazo and Cosme Rivera (last fight) and KO by Corley. I think his best time is gone...
Puerto Rico, Small Island, Big Champions!!!
I think Clottey destroys Flores!
A bout between Clottey & Williams would be great. Hopefully that fight will be made next. Clottey's chin ain't going nowhere he's like a rock in there, so the question for me is can Williams outlast & outfight Clottey?
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
Joshua wins this one easy....Clottey is hungry...He knows his age is getting up there and he does not want his chances to pass him by....
IMO Clottey is very capable of winning a world title...His only 2 losses are a DQ against Baldomir in a fight he was winning and he broke his hand in the Margarito fight and was winning up until that point....IMO this would be a great time for Joshua to move up to 154
Hidden Content IN CASE THEY ALL FORGOT WHAT REAL HEAVYWEIGHT POWER WAS!!!
Although I feel Clottey could dominate the 154 division I think it would be the wrong move for Joshua right now. I mean all the action is at 147 right now, the big names & big $$$. Match-ups with the likes of Judah, Williams could be in the near future. From there a rematch with Margarito or a fight with Cintron. I think 147 is where Clottey needs to be at the moment as he is going to be competitive against most of the elite guys!Originally Posted by DaxxKahn

Clottey is one of my favorites as well.. I like his work rate, his style is pleasing to the eye, a very warm person , as most Ghanaian fighters are. Top man . I wish him the best.
Should be a demolition job for Clottey, hopefully there's bigger and better fights for him soon.
Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!
