Ah the Ring of Death. I've seen 6 consoles in all with that little beauty,

My brother fixed his console using the penny trick, literally taking his console apart and wedging three pennies underneath the motherboard to push the connections together and stop them seperating.

Apparently it's the worst piece of shoddy workmanship ever, although to be fair Microsoft are claiming that the upcoming Xbox Elite fixes all previous quality issues.

Still since when have Microsoft ever been trustworthy?
