It fucks up your psychology. Just stay away from it for a week. I read a scientific study once that says that your body peaks its testosterone levels after 7 days of abstinence. However, if you go to long without it your test will drop. I dont know the exact time period but, it doesnt matter just be moderate. I personally try to be strategic with it in training lol. Do it the night before you have your rest day.

I think most people on the board will agree it affects their aggression, motivation. I personally just dont feel like doing anything especially if its too frequently. The more you do it the more less motivated and aggressive you will feel. less energy.

I've always felt weaker on the weights if I did it before lifting. Just cant tense up my muscles as well because of whatever chemicals are released. Definetly feel the weakness in the knees and not as springy.

I agree though that if you generally dont do it much, then doing it once wont have asmuch affect as if you were gettin down everynight.

As for that study, if you need to be relaxed, and are competing in a non-combat sports than it might help you, but its definetly not gonna help when you got someone determined to whoop your ass standing across from you.
