That's a nice goal dude. First you want to get off on the right foot. You know the drill, make sure that your workout is orientated towards your goals. Keep your monitoring your progress and start cutting out those things that are holding you back. If it's your eating habits that's a problem then deal with it, if it's your leg nurture it until it's back where you want it to be.
