Their great physical condition wasn't spontaneous they had to gradually work up to that point. A lot of fighters fit in either one of two categories, undertrained or overtrained. You need to do enough work to trigger the right adaptations that you want to take place. It's ironic that it's many of the conditioning coaches in boxing that cause a lot of fighters to be overtrained and not at their peak by the time of the fight.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
