I think people hate Mayweather just like many hated Naseem Hamed, I know I did. Then he got his a** handed to him in a silver platter and he actually took the loss better than I expected. After that I kind of liked him and wanted him to win against Calvo but gave a poor performance. Should have comed back with an awesome KO/TKO to show critics and fans that he still had something left but nope.

I just want to see Mayweather loose, loose badly! And see how he takes it .

it stil doesn't come across as a definate yes tho.....hatton has said he'd fight pretty much any fighter there is at 140-147....dunt mean he is going to, it would be impossible. Obviously a rematch with Luis wouldn't have been impossible but i fail to see why Hatton would need to fight him again. Let's face it, he already beat him......in his back yard. Losing a close fight doesn't automatically guarantee you a rematch and hatton is free to change his mind on the matter....on the basis that it makes fuck all sense to him (financially and morally). He conceded skill, speed, size and home advantage to fight him the first time so questioning hatton's balls is quite ridiculous....(not meaning you here el gamo by the way). Best case scenario......he wins again....fuckin well done ricky you've wasted a full year fighting the same guy that nobody really wanted to see you fight, twice in a year. The only praise he would get out of beating him again would be 'oh yeah the first time wasn't a fluke.'

Aside the fact that he is an elusive fighter and cocky, there are few people that can give credible reasons to dislike Mayweather.
Ali was hated for what he stood for outside the ring. He was also charasmatic, cocky and flamboyant. It is only after we (so-called boxing fans) see him in this sorrowful and humbled state that we come to adore and somewhat respect his accomplishments. Many promoters, boxing venues and handlers alike were fed off of Ali's Talent, as they are with Mayweather.
